One of the best offers, glad I bought it.

Three propeller speeds, 2 buttons (speed and light).
Power is 5 volts from USB charging, but it has its own cord, special - not standard.
If the house is hot and dry, then the device works fine, you feel cool. But if the room is humid and hot. then it won't help anymore, it works as an additional humidifier. Of course, it won't replace a real air conditioner, but it's better than a simple fan.

Pros

Cools and humidifies the blown air. There is a steam (fog) generator.

Cons

When the water runs out, the piezoelectric element of the steam generator starts to whistle disgustingly. The fan is a little noisy. No intelligence and external control is provided, only buttons.
