Dental floss breaks - in oral care

Dental floss breaks. One of the bottle caps was so poorly made that it didn't stay on the bottle. The tapping tab is difficult to operate. the thread is lost in the bottle. There is a similar product (with all the same packaging flaws) probably from the same manufacturer - it's black and I'm luckier that the thread didn't snap.
