I usually use EVL BCAA Energy (not a lean component), I accidentally bought this lean version and I LOVE it. I usually take this before and sometimes after a workout. I'm in labor and have struggled to get through a 20-80 minute workout without eventually starving (I've even stopped eating more than once, although I've always eaten BEFORE my workout). This "lean" version of BCAA energy seems to help me satiate my hunger long enough for me to exercise, without factoring in the fact that my body is constantly deficient (kudos!). I'll try to supplement this if I'm also hungry at work as it seems to give me better focus and a better feeling than the EVL energy from bcaa, which sometimes lifts me up a bit (and makes me even hungrier seems). no!). That is amazing. Also note that it contains superfood maca which is pretty cool, it should help with long lasting energy/focus. I add powdered maca root to oatmeal and the like, and too much of it makes the texture of everything grainy. This is a great way to get maca without the grainy texture!
