I had no intention of returning the shoes so I threw the box away after opening it. I didn't have the "original packaging" required previously so I didn't know how to return it. It's been a very busy month and by the time I started figuring out how to get back the window was closed. For defective products, the window should be a little larger, especially if you do not use the product for several weeks after receiving it. We have 3 boys and Merrell shoes usually last a long time. Unfortunately, this pair lasted 3 days.
