Kind of perfect cover up! Fabric is soft and sits nicely on the body. Its light and airy but not see through. I wear street size 10/12, 5'4" and 36DD and I got the Size 2 L-2XL. this falls right in the middle of my thigh. Not a dress by any means but perfect to throw on at the beach or pool to get out of the sun or just have some extra coverage. The sides are open and there is some flexibility on wearing this totally straight or off the shoulder a little, but this didnt go fully off the shoulder like some photos. I got black with white pom poms and I love how classic but sassy this is. Highly rec giving this a try
