Brilliant! for paper and plastic
There's nothing quite like having a bit of a neck on deck in the summer, but I can't tell you how many blades I've broken over the years. Nobody wants stolen shards in a shell. This knife has served me well for years and hundreds of clams. I prefer the narrower blade version but this one is amazing too. And you can't beat the price. Don't think twice about buying this if you like shaking.
