I hike a few days a week and wear this with a long sleeve base layer and am comfortable in temperatures up to 35 degrees when there is no wind and I mostly with high to medium Intensity during the workout [3-5 miles]. The only thing missing is a small pocket for a cell phone. The large kangaroo pocket offers space for a hat, gloves, phone, treats for me or the dog and car keys. No problems with falling contents when climbing hills and dunes. Highly recommended
