I bought these titanium coated chopsticks and stainless steel chopsticks from the same company to compare. Without a doubt, these titanium-coated ones are the right choice. They are balanced in weight without being too heavy. I'll admit I thought the laser etched tips sounded wrong, but I was pleasantly surprised that I was wrong and they provide extra grip. However, on the stainless steel version, they are a joke and do not provide any additional traction. I wish the chopsticks were all silver instead of colored, but that's personal preference and doesn't affect functionality.
