Review on Dorman 601 051 Intensity Discharge Control by Shawn Reiter

I purchased a Dorman 601-051 to replace my HID ballast controller on my 2004 Cadillac SRX 6 cylinder. The vehicle installation description and test says it will fit my SRX, but it is a 4 pin and my SRX uses a 12 pin. Therefore, before ordering, inquire which pin set you need. Luckily I found what I needed under the Valeo brand and it was cheaper ie either OEM or something that had already been replaced in my car prior to buying a used SRX.
