I see a lot of people complaining about the difficulty in understanding the assembly instructions. Well, this is a Chinese product and it's no surprise that their assembly instructions are rarely written in good English. But they're also right here on Revain's product page - if you can't figure them out, don't buy them. Yes, it was a bit confusing at first, but if you match the parts to the photos, then follow the instructions and realize that you have to unscrew some parts to put them on, it's not that big of a deal. . You end up with a nice cart that will hold your cleaning products and allow you to carry them around the house without worrying about the mop bucket spilling all over the floor.
