I bought this case, couldn't wait to get it because I thought I would finally collect all my threads in the same place. the box arrived, the product was well packaged, as soon as i took it out of the box and packaging i looked at everything. I was so happy the box was good strong plastic but then I noticed the hard plastic lock was broken. I was very disappointed but the company was very kind to refund my money. I could have reordered but my only concern was that it was so well packaged that the lock broke before it was even packaged. I was just afraid I'd get another broken one.
