Turn it into Mrs. Clause's outfit

I managed to sew Mrs. Clause's outfit. I will be using the skirt pattern, not the entire pattern. I chose a herringbone skirt for the cape/shawl. It's the perfect length and already decorated. I just need to add a button at the top
