This is a top clothes hanger. Good assembly, many places to hang different things. The base is extremely heavy and thus offers great stability. It's a bit of a bear to assemble and will take some time and patience to get it done. The two silver pieces at the bottom where the bottom bars meet must be EXACTLY right or the bar will tilt to one side or the other. I believe this is a small design flaw that could be overcome if these parts fit in the tree instead of just connecting to it. However, if you get them just right, everything will go well.
