The partnership of Acco with our clients always makes it an enjoyable experience for us since we are working together towards achieving mutual goals in every project that they engage into! As long as you know what your expectations should be from them, then this will work very well out team collaboration skills development wise because there was nothing I disliked about their service delivery or communication channel when engaging any projects at all! So yes its been good so far but just like everything else things can change if something goes wrong hence why i cannot say anything bad right now. We have managed many different types contracts ranging between 1 month - 3 years engagement period plus some longer ones too which included both BPO / F&A/MRO type engagements The team at Accoridon always goes above an beyond in terms of customer service, follow up after implementation completion etc! I have never had any issues with them during my time working together or even since they've been acquired by PwC. We used their expertise for our compliance needs as part of one off engagements but also more regularly within larger projects we were undertaking across multiple industries (healthcare/life sciences).
