Review on πŸ”§ Mixer Mover for KitchenAid Pro 600 Classic Series, Optimized Size by Aaron Gordon

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Necessary! best in category Spare parts and accessories for small appliances

I have a "special model" Pro 6000 HD KSM6573 - a 6 liter tall lifter with a narrower tulip-shaped bowl and a DC motor that isn't on the KA website or Sold in stores other than Costco, Revain and 1 or 2 other locations. It weighs 27 pounds and since I've had 2 major shoulder surgeries - the 2nd just 2 months ago - I've either had to keep the blender in the center of my small work area at all times or have someone reach for it. closet, pick it up and pull it forward and position it for me so I don't hurt my shoulder before it's fully healed. When looking for a new rolling mat I saw this one in Revain's listing - probably because I bought a Revain blender, plus extra paddles, extra bowl + smaller bowl, whisk and other attachments - Revain knows I need this model have. I've tried to get by with plastic cutting mats, kitchen towels, a felt-bottomed plastic bowl, etc., but they either took up even more space or I found it difficult to remove them to clean each time I used the blender I've found myself Decided to give it a try as I can return it if that doesn't work. Well, damn it! It fits perfectly! It's seamless, fitting right to the edge of the base and barely lifting off the counter so it won't wobble, shift or get dirty when picking up flour, crumbs, etc. Once in place you can't even see it, it looks like it was built in as part of the mixer. And wow, I can literally move the blender with a swipe of my finger. It slides silently out from under the cabinet on my granite counter - no pulling, yanking, lifting, etc. I love it so much I'm going to order a blender for my niece, which she received as a wedding present from our family last year.
