I like that this software is easy to use, it's always up-to date with current laws & procedures for traffic tickets in my state (FL). The customer service can be improved but they are doing their best! It works great as far as keeping track/records go. They're also very responsive when there has been an issue or question regarding any part about TCCRm. We have had no issues using them so we don't need too many complaints here either :) Keeps all your records together under one roof - ticketing info, payment history etc., plus helps keep everything organized by case number which makes things easier if multiple cases arise at once from different customers / locations. This allows us time management during busy times because now our entire staff knows where each person was located last month compared to other months before then.
