No TPM header. in motherboards

If you don't work in a safe environment, you might like this motherboard. Since there is no TUF series for the Z490 chipset, this led me to the ProArt series. It looks very multifunctional and of the same quality. I have enjoyed years of stability with the TUF series and have expected the same from ProArt. It's not as rigid as the TUF series (no aluminum dust cover) but appears to use similar components, which is great. The Deal Breaker does not have a TPM header. Many environments require a TPM to store private keys for solutions like Windows Bitlocker, Windows Hello, and other types of security keys. While working remotely my main computer crashes and is very annoying. I had to return it. Lastly, you'll probably need a 4-pin fan extension. On older boards, the header is closer to the front of the boards where the SATA/USB connectors of the case enter. It has been moved closer to the processor. I'm sure it's a good board, but you can't call it pro without the usual pro features.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • I really don't like it, everything is fine
