I bought it for my daughter for her 9th birthday. I was going to buy her some kids/toy binoculars but decided on a cheaper small adult pair of binoculars. When I bought them I bought them for a few dollars so I think they were around $11 or so. Was shocked by the clarity of the picture! It's 10 x 25. I compared it to our large Brunton 10 x 42 binoculars. I would say these Sky Genius have slightly better clarity! Maybe it's because 10x42 magnifies more, but for kids or bird watching these 10x25 are the bomb! Inexpensive, compact for on the go and light! More affordable and probably work a lot better than toys! I'm glad I got these! I don't know much about binoculars but at $11 this was a great deal!
