Received the unit. Sturdy, well built. Power is normally supplied by biasing the coaxial cable. However, the USB didn't power it. I have ordered a replacement. While waiting for a replacement, I noticed in the documentation that there was a jumper inside that looked like it was meant to connect a power connector. I checked and the mountain jumper wasn't on all 4 pins. I reinstalled it and voila! USB power worked. When the replacement arrived there was absolutely no marking on the case on the block. Luckily the first device had all the markings and I was able to identify the inputs, outputs etc. I've found with these devices that if you power it from the USB input, it also sends 5 volts from the coax output to whatever receiver you're using. DC BLOCK must be used if the front of your receiver is not protected! Otherwise, the noise floor is good, good overall amplifier, time will tell
