Very Poor Quality & no customer service
I wore the jacket about 3 times before the heating element broke. The warranty is useless. Husband bought the same jacket & zipper broke almost immediately. I do not recommend this product. Complete waste of money.
- Fits perfectly and it doesn't take long to warm up and stay warm.
- The battery may not hold its charge as well over time
