Very Poor Quality & no customer service

I wore the jacket about 3 times before the heating element broke. The warranty is useless. Husband bought the same jacket & zipper broke almost immediately. I do not recommend this product. Complete waste of money.

  • Fits perfectly and it doesn't take long to warm up and stay warm.

  • The battery may not hold its charge as well over time

Battery problems on day 3 of use

I purchased it for my trip to NY, it worked great but on the third day I pulled the battery in to charge and after being plugged in all night it is sill not fully charged and is making a whinny noise. that can't be good.

Oversized and bulky!

This is not AT ALL what is described! It’s HUGE, bulky and the words slim and women’s are a joke. It’s definitely sized like a mans coat. It’s bulky and I ordered a small. It’s so big I can’t even feel the heat when I wear it. I’d stay away from this purchase unless you’re a man!

Not a soft puffy coat, but a warm, sturdy, workhorse of a coat!

The material on the outside is almost like a raincoat. It is heavy and non-porous, and fantastic for stopping wind! This is not a soft fluffy coat by any means, but a definite wirk coat, and I love it! The heating is great and keeps my core body parts very warm. The coat is well made and actually quite warm even without turning on the heat. I like how the heat control button is on the inside of this coat! Good company and good product

I got the coat for my partner really keeps her warm. No concerns about size and when I had questions and concerns or I could easily reach out to conqueco themselves and they assisted me and helped!

Great coat! on my review.

Got it for my fiancé as a Christmas gift. She’s always cold. But loves this coat! Great company to work with. Had a couple of battery failures. They replaced the entire coat the first time and sent a battery the second. No questions asked. I would highly recommend this item and company!

Heats up quickly with three different settings. clear instructions. Machine washable on delicate with battery pack removed. Not machine dryable, must air dry.

Designed !by MEN - what woman needs heated breasts?!

How stupid - clearly, this design was not created based on physics, nor was it engineered by a woman. ONLY a man would put the heating elements over the breast tissue.This design is actually offensive to me as a woman and will not save a woman's life. The heating elements are not over any area that matters: the core, arm pit area and neck areas.Heat Loss for all people (regardless of their gender) is fastest in areas with the thinnest layers of body fat: mid-drift area, stomach, sternum, neck…

High quality and works great.

Wife works as a window cashier and needed something that would keep her warm. Jacket feels like its of really good quality and she reports that it does an amazing job of keeping her warm.

Real quality jacket very very nice dealing unfortunate thing is I actually picked the wrong size and had to send it back but I'm going to order another one exceptional material worked really well.
