No pain after a long flight
I've been looking for seat cushions for a few weeks and decided on this one for a trip to South Africa. I was afraid to fly abroad because back and back pain made flying unbearable. This thing worked like a charm. My back is fine and after 23 hours of flying my back is 90% pain free for the last 28 hours. It's bulky but very light. It's expensive, try to find it at a discount like an open box and it won't be difficult.
