I was sure that the negative reviews were wrong. I have had several rugs over the years and they have held up well. I was happy to find a much longer rug to cover our deck. Unfortunately, other carpet ripping reviews are accurate. I was shocked to find several spots with a small gap before it sat for a week. Now we carefully arrange chairs and tables to prevent this. It's easy to clean, usually we use a leaf blower to remove pine needles and dirt. It's also very light, so you'll definitely need something to hold it in place. I wish the material was a bit thicker and stronger. But for the price I'm generally satisfied.
