SOSV is a venture capital organization that has made it its purpose to accelerate different projects around the world. One particular thing I noticed about the type of projects that SOSV invests in is that these projects are advanced technological projects that will sooner or later become day to day utilization in the nearest future. So in a way I see SOSV has an accelerator investing in the future of the world.

As can be seen above that these projects are not your everyday, here and there project, but they're specific projects that are designed to tackle different issues encountering the world.
Furthermore, I discovered that SOSV has been doing this for quite a long time, roughly 20 years ago now, and it has even made it a duty to invest in 150 Startup companies per year. Well, that's not an easy number and I can only wonder how they've been managing to achieve such a target.
Finally, I believe that the aim of SOSV to build a better by empowering entrepreneurs and scientists in developing ground breaking innovations will definitely solve most of the problems facing the world. So in summary, SOSV is simply investing in making the world a better place.
