Review on XAegis Tactical Military Interchangable Paintball by Eric Nelso

XAegis glasses, Green I ordered this product on November 24, 2019 and it was delivered on November 26th. My wife opened it out of curiosity so not sure what the packaging looked like but no great loss. The order included a pair of glasses, a black storage case, an amber lens, a tinted lens, and a case built into the glasses. All replacement lenses have been protected by plastic covers to protect them from scratches and wear. My first impressions were quite positive. The suspension strap is very firm and strong, the plastics and lens materials are high quality, with the look and feel of the materials I've seen on the ESS, WileyX and Oakleys I've carried in the military. Disassembly of the glasses is easy, however the lenses are held securely and firmly in a system similar to ESS products. The fit is excellent and hugs the face securely. The frame has vents to prevent fogging and is lined with foam to wick moisture and keep dirt out. I was able to remove my goggles but didn't have time to play with them that day. For testing, I used my vintage MSG90 Army Automatic Electric Pistol, firing .25 caliber biodegradable ammo at 380-390 fps. The lenses easily withstood both single aimed shots and salvos of 3-5 shots in full auto mode at ranges from 6 inches to 100 feet. the bb material is rubbed off the lens. I would have no problem trusting my eyes with these glasses. I haven't been able to play them to experience their full pace, but once I do I'll edit this review and post my experiences.
