Failed to load media. Why do protein marketers keep using half-size plastic jars that big? plastic waste. Be honest about the content. Some of us are visual people and assume we'll get a bottle-sized product provided it's full. Please stop. If the product is great, we buy it. I've posted pictures of the 8 ounce glass of water as suggested in the product instructions. A photo of the product in the bottle and a water bottle next to it to give you an idea of how much water is in it. I also have one of my fingers that indicates how much product is in it. This product is really delicious and it tastes very similar to cinnamon which I love. Add ice and make slush or fruit with it. But frankly, there is no such thing as appetite-suppressing energy. So I can't rate it highly. It's more of a delicious chocolate dessert with cinnamon, that's all. I will come back and keep looking for one that works for me. Kudos for the taste but not for the reason we all want to buy a product like this that claims to suppress energy and appetite.
