I am very upset, the product is no good.

Unpacking the phone revealed that it had been used before and that the factory film had been removed from the box, leaving only locally branded strips adhered to the lid of the packaging instead. On the display, there was no branding label from Samsung containing the model's name. When it was turned on, it booted up exactly as it would have if it had been used in the past. Manufacturing in Vietnam. The sticker on the reverse was carved out in the shape of Ukraine and was written in Ukrainian. Purchasing is not something I encourage doing.

Cons

The most significant drawback is that the phone's memory has been cut in half, from an advertised 32 gigabytes to only 24 gigabytes in total capacity. Guys, this is a significant amount. The phone that Mom uses is a Model A 12 and it has 64 GB. It has been cut down by 9 GB. It's a really close match. This has made me quite angry.
