I bought this vacuum cleaner on an offer. It's not as good as the professional model it replaces. But I didn't feel like spending a few hundred dollars right now. I love Shark vacuums! A few years ago I was cleaning nine houses a week and I always had a Shark with me because I preferred him to Dyson, Hoover, Bissell and Kirby. I ordered a vacuum here from Revain on the 9th and was expecting delivery within 2 days but was informed that it was accidentally shipped to San Antonio instead of Houston. So I had to wait another day but something happens so I was excited and looking forward to my new vacuum cleaner. Received it this afternoon and immediately ripped it into the box to put it back together. It snaps into place fairly easily, my biggest issue at the moment is that the screw that was supposed to hold the handle in place wasn't in the box. I went through each piece of cardboard, opened each plastic bag, and after careful searching stuffed them into a large fanny pack, but I couldn't find that damn screw. So now I'm walking around the Home Depot, lugging my brand new vacuum cleaner, trying to find a screw long enough with a narrow head to stick in here and keep my grip on the main body of the vacuum cleaner. I've tried vacuuming on my carpet a few times and the handle kept falling off as the water got through. I'm honestly quite annoyed. I went to Revain's website and tried using the customer help button and requesting a call. Said the call connected but no one answered and didn't show the phone screen or options. Seriously weird and definitely needs work. I'm hoping to find a screw that works at Home Depot or I'm sending everything back, which is going to really piss me off. Update: This is a custom screw and I can't find one that fits and holds the handle. on site. Also, for this particular product, there is no way to contact the seller via email. Only through product support. This will direct you to a number that no one answers.
