I'm an absolute fan of cashmere products and I own a lot of cashmere items. As soon as I receive the product, I do a "burn test" to ensure that the product is made from natural wool fibers. This hat passed the test. This beanie is soft but doesn't have too much of the soft down you usually see on sweaters. It is a medium weight hat with flat edges that do not curl and the whole hat is one piece with a single seam. I have a matching scarf and both pieces look really good together. Due to its medium weight, it also forms a very warm barrier. I am very happy with it and am considering ordering another set in a different colour. Highly recommended.
