I like how they are constantly looking outwards, always thinking about what's next in terms their business development strategy; it makes me feel secure knowing my ideas will be implemented well into future campaigns with them! They're very good as far forward planning goes - we've worked together before launch but this time around there were some minor changes so had an idea already formed when working through our proposal process (which was great!).

Would definitely recommend talking further if you want someone who knows where your brand/company needs going long term ahead rather than just focusing purely upon current season or campaign work. Looked after us throughout both projects which has helped develop trust between myself & team over years now! The main thing i'd say would improve things slightly? Communication flow during project management phase could have been better managed perhaps by keeping everyone involved updated more regularly via.
