Review on Headphones Bluetooth LC Dolida Ultra Thin Meditation by Jim Dahl

I really like this bluetooth sleep mask! I meditate every day with various guided meditations, often before bed, and the sleep mask really helps achieve that state of nothingness as it blocks even the slightest amount of light in the room. I first bought another one from a different manufacturer and it was awful, there was no way to adjust the position of the headphones so they weren't centered on your ears, they were too bulky and didn't block light, they were blindingly bright blue Flashing light that was always on when in use and the charging port was ridiculously difficult to reach because there was only a tiny hole in the fabric. This sleep mask was obviously designed with a lot more care as it solves all of these problems and then some. The ear pieces can be slid under the fabric so once you have adjusted the mask to a comfortable position on your face with the Velcro you can center the ear pieces on your ears. This means the headphones do a good job of noise-cancelling, although it'll never be as strong as headphones, it's worth the trade-off of not waking up with slightly sore ears. The sound quality is excellent even at low volume. It's ergonomically designed to sit really comfortably on a human face, I'm a petite woman and it blocks light well in my nose and under my eyes and doesn't put any pressure on your eyes. Thank goodness there is a short cable attached to the charging port, so charging in the dark is very easy without having to search for the port in a cloth. And hallelujah, the lights are off when the headphones are in use! So glad they found out that some people don't sleep alone. I don't have to worry about disturbing my husband or dogs lol! And the charge lasts a very long time, much longer than my wireless headphones. I usually shoot it early in the morning because my meditation playlist is over and still loading. If you are looking for a good bluetooth sleep mask for meditation, sleep, sleep or travel, look no further. Get this one, you won't be disappointed!
