It's so nice to listen to music with a mask. sometimes i plug my phone and listen to netflix or my songs and curl up on the couch lol. helps me sleep It's very easy to connect to my phone via bluetooth and it has a long battery life. The port is also easy to charge.

I always find it difficult to fall asleep when I go to bed. I would always surf on my phone until my eyes got tired and fell asleep. This eye mask blocks the light and the music blocks all the sounds around me. It is incredibly soft and very comfortable to wear. I could wear it to sleep all night without hurting my ears like regular headphones.

Please make sure to watch my video, it really lets you hear how clear the sound is and how loud it actually gets. The fact that you can hear it with the will of your head is pretty amazing! The area of the mask that touches your face is always cool, where I leave it, always pleasantly cold! It's soft against the skin, doesn't press on your head, is easily adjustable and stays in place while you sleep!

Although I use these as a regular sleep mask with or without sound, I bought this primarily for migraines. Depending on how I'm feeling, I can use it to listen to a book, white noise or soft music to soften the sound of dogs barking, or just as a mask. I really like this mask! I have had many different sleep masks and they usually found them to be tight and inadequate. The elastic straps that run through the back of other sleep masks I have don't seem to stay in place while sleeping and the mask slips off.
