Review on Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Shampoo & Conditioner (10.1 Fluid Ounces Each) Set of by Krystal Jones

A certain amount was obviously cut out of the shampoo because every time I bought this shampoo it was always filled to the brim. The black tape was put on by the Amazon packers so you can see I haven't opened or used anything. The price wasn't much better than what I can pay for shampoo/conditioner at CVS so I will only buy it there from now on to make sure I get the full amount of shampoo. I bought the same brand but with a different flavor and the bottle exploded in the box due to the Amazon packaging so I will not be buying shampoo from Amazon again. I will say that I love this shampoo myself and recommend it to people with medium hair (not too greasy and not dry).
