I am very happy with my pans. I recommend using Crisco for flavoring. anything else, like linseed oil, is too fancy and unnecessary. Just 2 or maybe 3 spices out of 350 for 1 hour would be enough. I bought pork and a rack of lamb from Wholefoods and looked at the photos. I made Pastor Al's delicious meat and a delicious BBQ with rosemary, garlic and sea salt. I also cooked beef ribeye and some quail eggs and it was just an amazing experience. Cleaning was so easy I applied a small amount of Crisco after use. Frying pans beautiful bright black color. I am happy with the purchase.
