Deserves all 5 stars. The only minor issues, it was quite difficult to open the battery compartment (very tight) to insert the batteries and you can't safely position the remote on the surface on your coffee table as the back isn't very well thought out, so is everything there like on a swing. BUT since I installed all my 3 devices in about 5 minutes with code list and everything works like clockwork I couldn't be happier. It was a very pleasant experience, no disappointments, Nice! TKL Roku TV, Sony Blueray Player and 15 year old Sony Receiver/Amplifier all working! Before that I used One4All which is the only brand I know of and I remember paying about $50 for it 10 years ago and it was very cumbersome to install. Codes didn't work had to call them they had to send a ton on the phone and I had to keep this remote on my phone to program it. And for the price, backlighting in different colors (which I think is a bit of a gimmick), light weight, great workmanship (apart from the swing) and nice material, this item was a great buy!
