I like that it is very easy for my clients who are traveling out of state or country because they can easily access their information from anywhere in world! Also there's no need anymore going through email attachments when sending documents back & forth as well!! It would be great if you could get an alert whenever someone has been added/removed while working remotely but this isn't something i'm too concerned about right now since we don’t have many people using travel next at our office currently (we're still testing).
We use tourNext mainly so employees do not lose important files during travels which also helps us keep track where all those things were located before being sent off by emails etc..
