I recently subscribed to Blue Apron's meal delivery service and the cooking instructions call for a lot of pan frying with olive oil. I usually buy large 2 liter bottles of EVOO from Costco and they are no problem when making balsamic vinaigrette. However, when you try to squirt the oil out of these things, things get a little tricky! Enter the Aozita bottle set. I can now pour a quart of oil from a large jug and the small bottle is much easier to handle so I now brown food instead of frying it! I use a valved spout on an EVOO bottle and a different spout (with a plastic cap) on a bottle of avocado oil I just bought. The two extra plugs and the plugs that come with it are nice to touch, but I don't see any use in them. green bottle. This way you can color your oils. As it turned out for me, the avocado oil (which I would buy a green bottle for) came in the correct styled bottle so I could just use a second spout for it.
