Review on Propper Men's BDU Patrol Cap - Boys' Hats for Added Style and Protection by Mark Gilbert

I usually wear a baseball cap but when I'm at shooting competitions sometimes the fields get in my way. I wanted a shorter brimmed cap so I took a closer look at this one. Short story: good quality, odd size. Read on: I have a very large head and all the hats I've ever bought I've ordered in the largest size they have and either a) they fit or b) they're too small, so make this one firm no hat that suits me; It is what it is. With that in mind, I bought this hat in size XL, thinking it was supposed to fit. To my surprise, it was too big when it turned up! I felt like a child putting a hat on a grown man. I returned the XL and ordered the large size which I have now. This one "fits" in that I can crush it on my head, but it actually hurts to wear it for a long time. For this reason I only wear it to competitions. Very odd size; I've never come across these sizes. I hope Propper will update their sizes and release an in-between size.
