These are the second pair I have purchased for my 1 year old daughter. I love these shoes for her because they are so easy for her to remain mobile without constantly stumbling & falling out in public! Other shoes such as tennis shoes or sandals she has had a harder time with. I think these work better for her because the soles aren't super thick & hard plastic but instead have enough rubber padding on the bottom to be some what protective & yet thin enough to still allow her feet to feel the ground enough for more stability. She loves these shoes as well. Another great thing about these shoes that I really love is that they were comfortable & fit her prior to her losing her baby fat all over (including her feet) to now still fitting her now that her feet have slimmed down and appear more like toddlers feet. Highly reccomend these! I got the black ones & the 1st pair I purchased were the tan with gold leopard print.
