This is the third replacement regulator I have installed on my grill. The original failed after one year. The first replacement lasted three years. But those were not adjustable, and they both quit putting out enough gas to run all 4 burners. This regulator IS adjustable so I can increase the flow as needed.
- Good product and easy to install
- The product may not fit on all types of fire pits, limiting its usefulness
