As many others have complained about the bottles being small they are. Conditioners and scalp care products don't rinse off well. You have to put your fingers in the bottle to get the product. I turned the bottles upside down so the product is ready for the next use. The bottles are cheaply made and in hot climates can easily deform during shipping. Although the products improve the condition of my hair, there is no scientific evidence that they work. Tingling is a common reaction when certain ingredients, such as peppermint, interact with the scalp.
