Used on an axolotl tank in Arizona. The power connector fell in when reconnected (after cleaning the tank) after only a few months, cooling my 16 gallons to 69 at best. I had to add ice packs to help with cooling. Actually not as long as I was hoping for how much it would cost. Needing something quick before the next purchase, I ended up buying a $6 Wal-Mart fan, which did a better job of cooling my tank down to 65 degrees. The reason it gets 2 stars is simply for the aesthetics. My neon green clip, while ugly, ended up making a better living space. (NOTE: I purchased a three fan model, not the one shown in the picture).
