Review on Mountain King Performance Folding Bike by John Arsov

Revainrating 5 out of 5

2 out of 3 were factory defective

I bought 3. 2 out of 3 were defective and rocked on a perfectly straight rim with the prop installed and double checked at the local bike shop with and without tubes. One of the punctured tires was so bad that I couldn't live with it. Against common sense I got 3rd place and it was perfect. So, I have a star tire. One that wobbles a little that I can live with and one that is technically useful but very annoying, can feel the wobble and even see it wobble in my shade as I drive. I left the tire as a spare so I don't have to stop driving when a tire wears out or breaks. I contacted Continental and never got a reply from them. I will no longer buy Continental tires. And I don't recommend taking chances with them after reading about Continental. this is an ongoing problem and the Continentals don't want to deal with this problem.

Pros
  • Excellent overall
Cons
  • Expensive
