Review on ELERA Massage Cupping Therapy Sets – Effective Chinese Massage Cups for Joint Pain Relief and Body Massage (7 Cups) by Misty Myers

I have been using traditional TCM (warm glass cups) for many years. I recently bought a set of hard plastic cups (various sizes) that use a hand pump for suction and have found them to be excellent pain relief; suction power and ease of use. For about the same price I paid for hard plastic cups, I bought Elera silicone cups. I found them unsatisfactory in every way and not worth the money. My Personal Experience: The suction power is so bad that they don't give me any relief from cupping (a relief I know very well from using the hard plastic kit I have and the TCM cupping sessions I've had over the years of years have enjoyed). My recommendation: avoid soft silicone cups; For about the same price, you can buy a hard plastic mug set with MUCH better benefits.
