Our 75lb. 13 mo. Bernese Mountain Dog was having 3 surgeries (including neutering) done, and I knew a cone was not going to work as he's obsessed with going through people's legs. I looked around for other options and landed on this surgical suit. I took his measurements and he was between a L and XL on the size chart, so I ordered an XL. The XL was still so tight on him and he looked very uncomfortable, so purchased an XXL instead. The new size fit great and he actually seemed to like it. He doesn't try to lick his incisions at all when he is wearing it, and its pretty easy to roll it up for when he goes outside to pee. The vet was going to charge us $20 for a cone anyways so it was nice to use that on something more comfortable for him and less destructive for our home (and legs!)
