previously left a review on the dr. Head website, so here is essentially a retelling of the same review for greater coverage of potential buyers. Based on the result of the operation, I gave it under warranty to the service center of the store. They forwarded it to the manufacturers (at least they told me so), which, of course, did NOT confirm the malfunction of the headphones. I took the headphones. However, it is worth recognizing that there were no more problems with discharging the headphones when connected to the workplace. It seems that the manufacturers have "twisted" in the case. As for the assurance that the headphones work "without a single break", as it turned out in a conversation with a dr. Head employee, the test was carried out indoors, and not outdoors, so no flaws were found (well, of course). And it was also added that, in general, for true wireless headphones, signal loss on the street is an acceptable behavior. Like it or not, I have never used true wireless headphones before. And of course I would never take them if the description explicitly stated that they can only be used indoors. As a result, the wife now uses the headphones, working exclusively indoors. In open space, problems with sound interruption remain.
