The lavaliere clip broke immediately

When I sent this item back the clip broke immediately and even when I tried to get it to work by putting it around my neck the sound wasn't very good. It produced a feedback buzz that my other mic doesn't have. I had to go to the Best Buy store and pick up something for work. Very disappointed.
