This product works but somehow loses performance. For some reason, if you use this product to connect an air/tire pump to it, it will lose performance. My tire inflator has a cigarette charger. So I plugged this product into my wall in my house and hooked up my inflation pump to it, no. I thought it was my new booster pump. no When I plugged my new tire inflator into my car's cigarette lighter port, my tire inflator worked amazingly. So I tried plugging in my self inflating air mattress which also has a light socket on the end, I plugged it into this product adapter and once again not enough power. As before, the main unit made noises like it was on but had no power. So once again I plugged my self-inflating air mattress into the car's cigarette socket and the mattress itself inflated using its internal motor. So for some reason this product is losing its power, err, it's also connected to devices. Honestly I don't need it anymore as I bought it extra to power the above devices "at my house" and it's completely unusable. It is not recommended to buy this product for the above reasons.
