Unfortunately I can only give 1 star. When installing the mirror, even when everything is 100% tightened, the entire mirror assembly vibrates so much - it really defeats the purpose of a side mirror. The whole reason we bought it was because our factory mirror heater stopped working. We tried ordering just the mirror glass elsewhere but it didn't fit so we decided to order the whole mirror block. Unfortunately, the heating part isn't that good either. It only heats the small ring in the middle of the mirror, the rest stays fogged up. We really hoped it would work because the price is fantastic! Unfortunately, in my opinion, it is not as well made as the dealer part.
