The best part about using this software is that you can track your assets remotely from anywhere without having to go into site. You will need some technical skills for installation but it's not difficult at all. Sometimes there are issues with connection so if its happening often then I would suggest contacting customer support team which they usually solve within few minutes. It does have great features like tracking status etc. Its also very easy to use once installed properly. One thing we realized was that sometimes our staff forget where their tools/equipment were placed after finishing work shift. This solved my problem as well since now everything is tracked online!
